Carman Kobza is the creator of India’s first viable Breast Health Education and Digital Screening program and brings a global perspective to the E.R.I.C. Board of Directors. Born and raised between the Czech and German immigrant farming communities of Praha and Freyburg, Texas, Carman went on to build an international executive career that has taken him to more than 80 countries.
In 2015, Carman founded a women-focused digital diagnostics company in Bangalore, India, with a personalized “We Come to You” approach designed to make breast health services more accessible, welcoming, and effective. His work is driven by a deep passion to help end needless breast cancer through education, early recognition, and improved access to screening.
Carman is also the founder of LadyBWell – The Breast Health People, an organization created to rapidly expand the reach and impact of certified, de-stigmatized women’s health experiences in developing countries worldwide. Through his leadership and commitment, Carman continues to support E.R.I.C.’s mission to provide cancer education and self-breast exam training across communities around the world.
