Dr. Miri Halperin Wernli is a seasoned global healthcare executive, scientist, and entrepreneur focused on advancing longevity, brain
health, and next-generation mental health solutions. With over 30 years of experience across biopharmaceuticals, neuroscience, and emerging therapeutics, she is recognized for translating cutting-edge science into clinically and commercially impactful
platforms.

She holds a PhD in Genetics and Experimental Psychology from the University of Geneva and an Executive Master in Business Administration from Stanford University, combining deep scientific expertise with strategic and operational leadership in highly regulated environments.

Dr. Halperin Wernli most recently served as Executive President of Mind Medicine (MindMed) (NASDAQ: MNMD), where she helped shape the clinical and strategic development of psychedelic-inspired therapies and precision neuropsychiatry. She is also the co-founder and former Group CEO of Creso Pharma, a global medicinal cannabis company, and previously held senior executive roles at Actelion Pharmaceuticals and Hoffmann-La Roche, leading global clinical development, regulatory strategy,
and portfolio innovation.

Her work consistently sits at the intersection of neuroscience, psychiatry, women’s health, and longevity, with a strong focus on extending healthspan through brain-first approaches to aging,
