litigation, federal and state compliance, and planning for closely held corporations and companies. - Advises business owners on navigating private equity inclusion and investment, sales of business, and succession planning for generational
ownership transfers. - Leads the firm’s Latin American practice and serves as Managing Partner for the Mexico office.
